"We just wanted to drop you a line to say what an outstanding weekend we had at your hotel at the end of August this year. It was a birthday treat for me from my girlfriend, including champagne and dinner. The room and view were beautiful; the service impeccable; and the food was quite simply stunning! Our reaction to dinner was that it was worthy of Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir restaurant, so superb was the meal. Well done everyone, and keep hold of that chef! Highly recommended."
