Our head chef Lori Parsons is passionate about cooking and her creativity, love and drive for the perfect dish recently earned the restaurant an AA Rosette Award. Lori creates a balance within her dishes and believes "there is nothing more rewarding than producing a plate of food for a customer made from the heart".
